By using this site you accept these terms. They are written in plain language where possible, with the formal Thai in the section marked ภาษาไทย. Where the two versions diverge, the English text governs.

1. Who runs the site ผู้ดำเนินการเว็บไซต์

This site is operated by Dr Non Arkaraprasertkul (ดร. นนท์ อัครประสิทธิ์กุล), a Thai national resident in Bangkok, senior expert at Thailand's depa (Digital Economy Promotion Agency). The site is operated in a personal capacity, outside the duties of that office. The data controller under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act is the same natural person.

2. What the site is เว็บไซต์นี้คืออะไร

The site is an intelligence surface over the public Thai OTOP (One Tambon One Product) registry. It reads the open CSV catalogue published by the Department of Community Development on data.go.th, normalises it, deduplicates it, and adds a small set of derived fields: a contact tier, a freshness stamp, and a province-level finding. It does not host a marketplace, does not process payments, and does not take orders.

The data on this site is not the same as a purchase recommendation. It is a registry read, intended to help a buyer, a researcher, a journalist, a development officer, or a curious citizen figure out who is in the registry, in which province, in which category, and whether the source record carries a phone number, an address, and a star grade.

3. What you may do สิ่งที่คุณทำได้

• Browse, search, and read every record on the site for personal, educational, journalistic, or commercial research purposes.
• Print, screenshot, or share a permalink to any single record or province dossier, provided the share preserves attribution to this site and the source.
• Cite this site in academic, journalistic, or policy work, with attribution to one³ — OTOP registry intelligence and the source publication on data.go.th.
• Request a correction or removal of a record that is yours, via the procedure at Correction & takedown.

4. What you may not do สิ่งที่คุณทำไม่ได้

• Scrape the site at industrial scale or by automated means. Reasonable manual use is fine; an army of bots is not. We may rate-limit or block automated access at our discretion.
• Re-publish the entire catalogue as a competing directory, with or without attribution. The OGD licence covers the source data; the *selection, arrangement, and derived fields* on this site are our work and are not yours to copy.
• Use the data on this site to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to producers in the registry. The phone numbers and addresses are public for legitimate contact, not for cold outreach.
• Use the site to doxx, harass, or stalk a producer. We are not a people-search engine; we are a public-registry read.
• Misrepresent the source. The data came from data.go.th; saying it came from you, or from us, when it came from neither, is a misrepresentation we will not license.

5. No warranty ไม่มีการรับประกัน

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption. The full disclaimer is at Disclaimer; that page is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Important. The phone number you read on a record was written by a state agency officer, often years ago, into a CSV. It may be wrong. The address may be wrong. The producer may have stopped producing. Verify before you act on a record.

6. Limitation of liability ขอบเขตความรับผิด

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where Thai law (including the Civil and Commercial Code Sections 437–438) does not permit the exclusion of liability for a particular head of damage, the operator's aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to one thousand Thai baht (THB 1,000) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. (You have paid us nothing. The cap is therefore THB 1,000. The cap is symbolic and is intended to mark the boundary of our exposure under a no-fee intelligence surface.)

7. Indemnity การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party arising out of your use of the site in violation of these terms or of any applicable law.

8. Intellectual property ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

The selection, arrangement, and derived fields on this site — the contact tier, the freshness stamp, the findings block, the province dossier, the Atlas, the History, the Cross-references, and the design system in index.css — are the operator's work and are not part of the OGD-licensed source data. You may not copy the design or the derived analysis as a competing product.

The source data on the registry is licensed by the Department of Community Development under the EGA Open Government License (compatible with Open Data Commons ODbL and CC-BY 4.0). It is not our copyright; it is the state's. We re-publish it under the same terms, with attribution. See Data provenance & license.

The terms OTOP, OTOP Product Champion, หนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์, and the associated star-rating system are programme names of the Department of Community Development. We use them descriptively, which is the only right anyone has to use them, and we do not claim any sponsorship or endorsement.

9. Governing law and forum กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและศาล

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. We will not bring a claim against you in any other jurisdiction, and we ask that you do the same.

10. Changes to these terms การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

We may revise these terms. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of the page will change. Material changes (a change in the operator, a change in the governing law, a change in the liability cap) will be flagged with a banner on the site for at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the change.

11. Severability ความสามารถแยกส่วนได้

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
